Paris

A couple of weeks ago we decided to go to Paris for the weekend.  We had some other business that took us to that part of the world, and thought we would take advantage of location, location, location.
It was a whirlwind trip, but fun none the less.

a misty day at the palace Versailles
Third picture taken, and we kinda got a smile out of Hannah...success!

The boys wouldn't look at the camera, they kept staring at the tower behind them!
Hannah thinks this picture is gross, and that I shouldn't post it...
Jack on top of the Arc de triumph (I can't spell it properly, and am too lazy to look it up!)
 Hunter.
It was fun to see the city from the top, and the huge round about around it.  We watched at least 8 near car accidents from the top of this tower...I recorded three of them.  It is an insane driving circle, and Matt made me promise to never make him drive it.
Can you see the Mona Lisa behind this big crowd.  She is there, you can see the top half of her way back there.  Matt had all the good pictures of her on his phone, and I always forget to download the pictures off his phone!
This is how the boys spent an educational afternoon in the Louvre...
Venus, or Aphrodite, either way a neat experience to see her in person.
All Anya wanted to see was the egypt exhibit.  Here she is next to Ramses ll
 outside the Louvre
Enjoying a delicious crepe by the river, oh how I love crepes.
Hannah thinks I destroyed this one, though, because I put banana's on it.
I love how whenever we are close to water, we always have a picture of Hannah trying to fall in.
It is quickly becoming a tradition...
Say what???
I think I know who Hannah gets her dislike for having her picture taken from...

We had a fun couple of days in Paris.  We kept things low key, decided not to go to top of the Eiffel tower because the very top was closed for renovation.  Anya says " I don't want to go up if I can't go up to the top...what's the point?"  So we didn't.  Then we just saw what we could in a day and didn't stress ourselves out.  It was a fun city, fun to visit, but so glad I don't live there.
