Cora's Birthday!

Corinne Cate, aka Cora, was born on May 17, 2005 at 12:40pm. My labor with her went so fast, and mostly without complications. She was born slick as a wick, the doctor said. She is our "little" peanut. Even though she is big by some standards, she is our smallest baby. She weighed in at 8 pounds 3 ounces and was 19 1/2 inches long. We thought she was as cute as a button. She has always been the sweetest baby and kid...always loving and worried about others. She loved to cuddle, give kisses and hugs and just be loved on. When she was about 9 or 10 months old she started smiling whenever we got the camera out. We called it her "cheesy" smile because she looked so cheesy. It was the cutest thing. half her face would kind of squint, while the other half smiled. It looked like some contorted wink, but she did it on cue whenever the camera came out. She thought she was so pretty...and she is. We love having her in our family...and have always felt she is our little angel.
